Access the catalogue
From the catalogue you can:
- Look for any item in the library and check if it is available or on loan.
- Access your personal account.
- Renew the items that you have on loan.
- Reserve items.
- Make suggestions of items the library could purchase.
- Send your comments to the library.
- Create links.
- Change your password.
Access your account (connexion)
- Go to the library catalogue. A new window will open up. If this is not the case, change the options in window explorer to allow pop ups.
- In the column on the right hand side of your screen, type in the number on your library membership card (5410....) and your password.
- Click on "conectar".
- Click on "Mi biblioteca".
What is my password?
- The password is formed by the last four digits of your library card number.
Example: Membership number: 07800253
Password: 0253
How can I renew my books?
- Access your on-line account (please see above).
- Select the items that you would like to renew and click on "renovar".
- Please remember: if the item has been reserved by someone else or is now overdue, you will not be able to renew it. Books can only be renewed twice. Audiovisual and multimedia documents (CDs, audiobooks, DVDs,Videos, CD-ROMs) CANNOT be renewed, with the exception of ELE materials.
How can I reserve something?
- Access your account (please see above).
- Find the item that you would like to reserve (option «buscar»).
- Select «reservar» and confirm it by selecting «solicitar».
Please remember:
- In order to reserve items you must have a library membership card and it is only possible to reserve items which are on loan, not those which are available.
- A maximum of three items can be reserved.
