Interlibrary Loan and document delivery

Interlibrary loan and document delivery (abbreviated ILL, and sometimes called interloan or document supply) is a service whereby a user of our library can borrow library materials or receive photocopies of documents (or pdf's) that are owned by another library in Spain or in any of our Instituto Cervantes libraries worldwide.

The user makes a request with our library (registration form) and we act as an intermediary, indentify owners of the desired item, place the request, receive the item, make it available to the user, and arrange for its return.

The lending linrary usually sets the due date and overdue fees of the material borrowed.
